Cornelia Perry, sister of Bessie Perry, married Ira S. Scott. Their daughter Cornelia Azalee (niece to Henry
and Bessie Hines) married William (Major) Blake Evans (1903-1972). They converted the upstairs into an apartment and
lived there until " Aunt Bessie"died in 1953. The house was then sold to Hal B. Perry Jr. (son of Henry Perry of
Belltown), where the family lived until it was sold in 1975.
